Got lucky and saw these guys for the ROBTTH tour (and in a venue with about a thousand seats too). It was a perfect sized place to see them.

Flynn: I saw them on their secret ROBTTH pre-tour at The 9:30 Club in DC, and the year previously at the Electric Factory in Philly. I refuse to see them at big arenas but I might try to catch them at the Wachovia Center. I mean, it's not a huge outside arena at least.

hey I was at both of those shows too! You know that the Electric Factory, PA show was filmed and broadcast on HBO.

Rypro 525, according to Pollstar.com, Fiona Apple is opening for the first part of the tour (through the Tampa show, I think), and Richard Ashcroft is opening for the rest of the dates.

If anyone actually got the presale e-mail for USAir, let me know the password PLEASE. The message boards are abuzz with people who didn't get them. I'd really like to take my wife, it would be our six-month anniversary!!

I got the presale link that you get when you sign up on the website and all the dates are from the first leg of the tour.

Anyone else having this problem?

Giles my local buddy, would you mind e-mailing me the link (for MCI)? I got no e-mail, and there's no link on the website to e-mail for problems.

Put in the lottery for 2 tickets to the DC show.

Not 100% sure if I'll go if the tics are $80 again as I just saw them in September.

I guess they aren't doing a presale for OKC

I don't know why, though.

Guess I didn't get in on the lottery. They sent out an e-mail yesterday saying people that were selected would receive an e-mail yesterday. No e-mail here.

Oh well, guess I'll pass now as I was only going if I could get super great seats since I just saw them in Sept.

I refused to pay for tickets to see them at the ampitheater this past September and now they aren't even coming through this time around.

Should have went, I thought it was well worth the $80 I spent. One of the best shows I've ever seen. They had a ton of energy, had a great video/light show. I didn't see at all why people say they aren't suited for large venues.

My inkling is that's just people that hate going to big venue shows in general. I prefer it to cramped clubs myself. Only negative is getting out of the parking lot after the show.

Man, the boards over at coldplay.com are going crazy with "true fans" complaining that they didn't get into the lottery pre-sale. I actually did get selected for two tickets for the Manchester, NH show but the freakin' code didn't work. It seems that something got really screwed up with some of the dates and the ticketmaster site. I'm hoping that they remedy the situation, but right now it's all up in the air.

Now I really want to go if in fact Richard Ashcroft is opening. That would be pretty cool...

So any Pacific Northwesterners here who went to either the Seattle or Vancouver shows? How was it? I'm certainly looking forward to seeing the Vegas show in a week. Hope Fiona doesn't have a nervous breakdown before then...
