It's a "Heartagram". It's the logo for the Finnish band HIM. Bam Marrgera loves them, which is why every teenager is into them now.

Yeah my old roommate got the whole "And Love Said No" Heartagram design tattoo'd on her chest. Yeah it kinda sucks Bam is so associated with the logo, but he did help them get some american exposure..kinda wish Bam just stuck with the CKY stuff and not deoderant commercials.
