Help With A Song ID

I only heard about 20 seconds from an episode of ER (aired 10/20/05). It sounded a little like Maroon 5, or Tracy Chapman. Lyrics were:

You're beautiful, you're beautiful, you're beautiful that's true, and I'm still in love with you.

That would be "You're Beautiful" by James Blunt, from his recently released CD - Back To Bedlam, on Atlantic Records. He's kinda in that Damien Rice, David Gray school of modern singer/songwriters.
