I could not find any discussion on TV On The Radio, and I searched for their album title as well (Desperate Youth, Bloodthirsty Babes).

I always liked their sound, although it's not one I could get really really into. Reminded me a lot of Peter Gabriel, and that's not a bad thing.

Anyways, they have a new song they are letting people download for free and it's somehow loosley related to Hurricane Katrina. It's in MP3 too.

These guys seem to be riding a bit of a groundswell after (apparently) stealing the show at Coachella back in the spring. I heard some of their stuff on NPR and it sounds great, but haven't bought the 04 album. I should go get it and will when I have some friggen cash.

It's a great CD, one of my favorite from last year.

The first handful of songs are great, but the record loses a lot of steam at the halfway point. Looking forward to their next release.
