Where to find out about album info?
Does anybody know of a website that gives information on what year an album came out, the song listings on the album?

Try the website of the artist in question first. Then, you can try lyric sites. Depending on the artist, they usually list whole albums, along with song listings and dates.

That's what I do.
sometimes though, the date can change if it's a reissue of some type. (most notably on their UK site where new albums are released in multiple editions).

Between www.allmusic.com and www.amazon.com and www.gracenote.com and www.google.com you should be able to find all the info you need.
