Question Regarding an Old Picture of Bono

I'm currently reading the book "Bono...in Conversation With Michka Assayas" and there is a fascinating discussion regarding a photo from the early 1980s of Bono that he saw just last year for the first time in many years. He comments about how he was inspired by the naive, innocent, fierce, take-on-the-world look in his younger self's eyes. He says the photo shows his younger self boarding a helicopter, possibly to be taken to/from a video shoot. I am quite sure I've never seen any picture of Bono boarding a helicopter, and I'd love to check this photo out, since it so affected the present-day Bono, and obviously influenced lyrics on the newest album, like "I knew much more then than I do now." Has anyone seen the aforementioned picture and can they guide me to how, online or off, I can see it for myself?
