The Flecktones may need a new drummer soon...
... because Roy Wooten (aka RoyEl or Futureman) is guilty on 4 counts of tax evasion.

In all fairness, to call Futerman the weakest link of the Flecktones isn't exactly a put-down. That band is nothing short of amazing. While I will agree that Futch is the least amazing of the group, he has got progressively better each time I seen them. At the least, he is interesting to watch.
I just really hope this doesn't mean that the Flecktones are breaking up. While I enjoy their side projects, the group is where it is at.
