New Billy Idol cd in March

Billy Idol is releasing his first new studio album in over 10 years on Sanctuary records. It's his first for the label and is coming out on March 22/05. The disc is called DEVIL'S PLAYGROUND and the first single "Scream" is being released in January.

Any guy that has two separate houses one for his wife and another to shag chicks on the side is cool with me

Me too. Anytime he is paired with Steve Stevens, he can rarely write a bad song. "Rebel Yell" still is one of my favorite 80's CDs. It's aged rather well unlike some of the other music of the time.

I just listened to the new album and it's pretty darn good. It sounds like Billy Idol music without sounding like an 80's album. Good songwriting and enough of the Billy Idol snarl to satisfy. He is playing at a little club in Houston next month and I think I'm gonna go.

I'm looking forward to his tour. I had a great time a year or two ago when he rolled through.

I saw him in September, 2003, and he played a few songs that he said were going to be on his new CD, but then nothing was released. He played a great show- I'll definitely pick up his new CD and would see him again in a heartbeat- he was great live and really put on a great show. I'd highly recommend seeing him to anyone who likes any of his tunes!
