I'm putting this here because I feel I'm more likely to get an answer from the music lovers among us. I'd like to know the name of the tune that plays over the main menu on the Collector's Edition DVD of Jackie Brown. It's also heard in the film itself, in the scene when we first meet Max Cherry. But the film's end credits don't list the music in the order it's played in the film, so I need help.

That's "Cissy Strut" by the Meters. Great stuff.

Thanks so much! You know, the track did remind me of The Meters (I've heard their albums "Look-Ka Py Py" and "Rejuvenation"). Looks like I have to get more of their stuff.
