Guess who is gonna remake Bobby Brown's "My Prerogative"

Well it came up on my AOL Welcome Screen so a little search pointed me to this:

http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/149...headlines=true

But, the question is, why do I think she will record a really good remake for it? LOL

My guess was Allen Iverson

Britney can't do her own songs well, doubt she could do other's any better... (although this was no masterpiece to begin with)

That is along the lines of what I was thinking (as in Bobby's version wasn't something so special). Those "Toxic" people are producing it, so it may turn out actually good.

I'd thought he'd be more likely to cover Pour Some Sugar On Me so this comes as quite the shocker!

I think the real question here is: Why the hell is Britney Spears putting out a Greatest Hits album? She's like, 23? This industry is whacko!

No,

Christina will be countering Britney's move by covering Everybody's Humping Around.

My first guess was Marilyn Manson.

It might be amusing to listen to Britney's weak voice warble through this ONCE.

I've always loathed the original. It was like the biggest song at my high school, and everyone played it nonstop. Sheer torture for a metal/punk guy like myself.

I think it's odd she's actually naming her greatest hits album after the song. "Greatest Hits: My Prerogative", especially since it's BB's showcase tune (although I thought it was one of his worst singles).

Def Leppard has already been remade by Mariah carey (Bringin on the Heartbreak) and Lionel Richie (Long Long Way to Go)... we don't need Brit next.

I'm not surprised she has a GH disc already, plenty of other big names have released GH albums after 3-4 studio albums.

Hey, GuessWho, are you gonna use the RNC platform to promote this release?

I think it's totally appropriate that Britney Spears' greatest hits would be titled after something she had absolutely no part in writing.

It makes perfect sense to me.

After all, Ms. Spears certainly seems to be following Bobby Brown's career trajectory...
