looking for website with samples of unknown bands

A while back, someone posted a link to a site where it had all these unknown/new/indie bands with samples of their material up that you can listen for free. It had a pretty detailed lists of genres and sub-genres. I remember checking it out at work briefly, but I couldn't really listen to music at work so I forgot about it. Now I just remembered it, but I can't remember the site and I can't find the post that was talking about it. It might not even have been on this board.

Anyone know of what I'm talking about?

http://www.pitchforkmedia.com has a section and is actually a very good review site.

Ok, you are right. I saw the link for sample and then a link to "Add" it, and I assumed that meant you could play a short sample or add it to your shopping cart or something. Guess I should have actually tried it.

Thats still not that specific one I was looking for - theres a lot of fairly popular bands on it, but looks like it might be something similar. I'm at work again, so I'll check it out tonight, thanks!

Well it turns out www.cdbaby.com was the site I was originally thinking of. Its all unknown artists, but you only get samples of the songs in an effort to get you to buy the albums. So maybe Epitonic is more what I was looking for anyways.
