New Alanis album
Just browsed the first three pages here, surprised no one's talking about this yet. Picked the CD up last night and two thumbs WAY up. I think she gets better with each album. It's more along the lines of "Under Swept Rug" than her first two albums. I recall many people saying positive things about that album here, so I think you're gonna like this one.

I'm not thrilled about the slick, Pro Tool-y sound, but she always puts out quality stuff. This is no different.
I also enjoyed the little featurette on the CD... Though it doesn't top the documentary on the FEAST ON SCRAPS CD (where she breaks down into tears while writing a song), it's still a treat to take a peek into the Alanis world.

I picked it up and its a great cd.
At first, I didn't like the first song, 8 Easy Steps, but the more I listen to it, I really like it.
I'd have to say favorite track on the cd is Excuses.

Excellent CD. Alanis is becoming one of the best songwriters out today. Her lyrics are just incredible. I personally think JLP is her worst album.

this is the 1st Alanis album I have picked up and I really like it, when I Was in europe at the end of April they were playing the video for everything in heavy rotation.
My favourite track is 'This Grudge'
