The Vines and Jet live

Just got back from the concert at the Quest in Mpls. The opening band was Living End and they were actually very good. Jet rocked, opened with Cold Hard Bitch and they sounded tight. The Vines however, are another story. They played way too many slow songs and most of the other songs were just screamed. They did a two song encore and played Get Free after which the lead singer trashed the drum set with his guitar. He threw his guitar right at it while the drummer was still playing. Huge let down.

He does this at every show and even his bandmates have complained to him, all to no avail. The trashing of the stage routine is bordering on a predictable bore now.
