Rooney singer = Self singer?
I was listening to the Rooney CD in the car this morning, and it struck me how familiar the singer's voice was. While sitting in traffic while the Great Spring Snowstorm raged around me, it struck me that he sounded very much like the singer from Self, which had the album Gizmodgery a couple years ago.
Anyone know if it is in fact the same guy?

Rooney's singer is Robert Carmine; Self's singer Matt Mahaffey.
(They have a similar voice, though. Checked out Self's "Breakfast With Girls" album)
