1. !!! - "Me and Giuliani Down by the Schoolyard"
2. Andre 3000 - "Hey Ya!"
3. Junior Senior - "Move Your Feet"
4. Ssion - "Who's Your Favorite, Baby"
5. Non Prophets - "Damage"
6. The Joggers - "Back to the Future"
7. R. Kelly - "Ignition (Remix)"
8. Kylie Minogue - "Slow"
9. Kelis - "Milk Shake"
10. Dizzee Rascal - "I Luv U"

I don't know how many of those are actually legitimate singles, but they are definitely the top 10 of my most-listened-to-2k3 tracks.

-edit-

Some other equally great tracks that I considered:

Mirah & Ginger Brooks Takahashi - "Oh! September"
Basement Jaxx (ft. Dizzee Rascal) - "Lucky Star"
+/- - "You've Just Got It All"
Arab Strap - "The Shy Retirer"
[[[[VVRSSNN]]]] - "Bruise Blood"
The Star Spangles - "Which of the Two of Us is Gonna Burn This House Down?"
Deerhoof - "L'amour Stories"
Stars - "Elevator Love Letter"
Talib Kweli - "Get By"
Pharrel - "Frontin'"
Mya - "My Love Is Like...Wo"
Big Boi - "Flip Flop Rock"
Beyonce (ft. Jay-Z) - "Crazy in Love"

And I think that LCD Soundsystem's "Yeah (Stupid Mix)" will be one of next year's finest. I really wish I could put it up around #2 right now, but it isn't released until Jan. (Hivemind, Yancey? )

1. A.R.E. Weapons, A.R.E. Weapons (Rough Trade)
2. A-Frames, 2 (S-S Records)
3. Justin Timberlake, Justified (Jive)
4. Matthew Dear, Leave Luck to Heaven (Ghostly)
5. The Rapture, Echoes (DFA/Strummer/Universal)
6. The Strokes, Room on Fire (RCA)
7. Bubba Sparxxx, Deliverance (Interscope)
8. Brooks & Dunn, Red Dirt Road (Arista)
9. Beyonce, Crazy in Love (Sony)
10. FannyPack, So Stylistic (Tommy Boy)

I'm still working on my singles. Right now the candidates number about 150 (no joke). This is hard work, I tells ya!

(I figured you'd find that place eventually, fallow. Enjoy. I rarely post anymore)

(why doesn't everyone realize "ignition" kicks "ignition remix"'s ass???)

Andre 3000 - Hey Ya
Audioslave - Like a Stone
Avril Lavenge - Losing Grip
Chevelle - Send the Pain Below
Coldplay - Clocks

I always seperate radio singles with non radio ones.
In alpha order:

Previous winners - Red Hot Chili Peppers -Californication (1999)
3 Doors Down - Loser (2000) A Perfect Circle- 3 Libras (2001) Jimmy Eat World - Sweetness (2002)

Okay Alright - moe.
Hey Ya - Andre 3000 (Outkast)
Duty Free - Cracker
Comin' Round - Bubba Sparxxx
It's the Sun - The Polyphonic Spree
Clocks - Coldplay
Come Downstairs and Say Hello - Guster
Maggie May - Hieroglyphics

It's credited in videos as OutKast but it might as well just be Andre 3000 since Big Boi -as far as I know- has nothing to do with the track aside from association through group and appearance in the video.

My ten favorites of the year:

1. The Wrens, "Everyone Choose Sides"
2. Ted Leo, "The High Party"
3. Four Tet, "She Moves She"
4. Burning Brides, "Overhead Metal Erection"
5. The Kills, "**** the People"
6. Dangermouse + Jemini ft. Prince Po, "Copy Cats"
7. The Constantines, "Tank Commander (Hung Up in a Warhouse Town)"
8. Soul Position, "The Jerry Springer Episode"
9. Okkervil River, "The War Criminal Rises and Speaks"
10. Damien Rice, "Volcano"

I've been listening to Nelly Furtado and Missy Elliott a lot lately and am almost tempted to bump a couple of songs off there to make space for "One Trick Pony" and... God, I don't even know which track of Missy's I'd pick. They're all so good.

I don't care about a Top 10 but the very latest radio track
is Eamon's "F&%K It".

It's an R&B track reminiscent of Cody Chesnutt's brand of more
explicit slow jamming.
