Edit: I stopped following music many years ago (can't even keep up with one hobby let alone multiples) so am not familar with the bands you mention but I think Savatage qualifies also.

I think Therion would be right up your alley. Check out their album Theli for sure.
Especially the song 'To Mega Therion' its a classic
Haven't really kept up with the death/black metal genre...but early Arcturus had some operatic tracks. Think Emperor played around with it a bit as well. These have mixes of death metal vocals and opera vocals/choruses.
Try these tracks:

Wintry Grey
Alone
Emperor:
With Strength I Burn
