Help me ID this 80's song!

So I was listening to a streaming radio station from the UK that apperantly doesnt believe in telling you the names of the songs.

The song was kind of that Ska style, sounding like Madness - but it wasnt them, the singer was more cockney. The only lyric I remember was something about 'jumping in the river nile'.

It's not a lot to go on, I know - but does it ring any bells for someone?

</small>Not unless it is "Night Boat to Cairo" by, er, Madness! ( it starts with a foghorn and may involve Suggs singing with a few more glottal stops than normal. I believe that he is a north London guy....).

Yup - that would be it! Funny, it didnt sound like the lead singer of Madness at all when I first heard it. Maybe I'm just going deaf.

Maybe Suggs didn't have much to do with that one??
