Yes, I am a fan of American Idol.

I am a 29-year-old heterosexual male, who walked into Best Buy today and bought the new Justin Guarini CD for my wife.

I came home, unwrapped it and popped it into the stereo...

I really liked it... and so did my wife.

You can really tell that Clive Davis had a hand in it. Alot of the songs sounded great with his voice, and were quite suprised at the lack of real variety (almost all of of them are slow or slower songs).

"Sorry" is probasbly my favorite song on the CD, followed closely by "I Saw Your Face (You're So Damn Beautiful)" and his remake of "Unchained Melody" (which was way better than his live-performance on AI a few weeks ago).

Pretty good buy...

I liked Kelly's CD as well, and look forward to the rest that the AI alumn might kick out.

Do you want us to congratulate you or laugh at you? If it's the former, I won't do it. If it's the latter, then

Actually, I posted this in the event that Leno says...

"Justin Guarini may have sold 350,000 CDs this week... but it reminds me of when the Spice Girls went platinum for the third time! I thought to myself 'They've sold 3,000,000 albums but I have yet to meet anyone who owns one?!'"

To each his own. As long as there are 50,000 other titles at Best Buy to pick up....

Does this mean you'll be telling us to "Shut Up" every time we diss Justin or that new movie?

Well I give you credit for admitting this on a public forum. Personally the fact that he sounds better on the record, than live, only confirms what I always believed. He has a weak voice and little talent. I can only assume chicks dig the awful hair.
