wholly crap. I can't describe it. It was amazing. They played a song that they've only played maybe once or twice before since it was released. It was Can't Even Breathe from the Escape From LA soundtrack. Chino has said that the band doesn't like playing it live b/c it doesn't sound right. It sounded so perfect, it's hard to put into words how great it was. They played about 4 or 5 songs from the new cd. They were incredible. Minerva and Hexagram were the standouts from the new disc. Seeing them play the new stuff just makes me more for the new disc that drops May 20th.

My wife used to work with Chino and some other deftone at Tower. She said they werent the sharpest tools in the shed, but nice guys. But she also like Craig Counsel, so what does she know?

My first Deftones show is one of my favorites of all time. The Paladium in LA. Amazing energy from the moment the first song hit. Can't wait to see them again this time around.

By any chance did you get your DVD Talk name from the band?
