There's a couple versions of the crawl- not as funny, but same concept.
Something like, "This sexy dancing is shamelessly making me stay tuned. I Love it!"

Check out the lyrics to "America", a new song from 0304. If this gets released as a single we might see some Jewel "backlash."
;-)

Welcome to the corner of mainstreet USA
Look at the good people, hear what they gotta say
Uh-huh. Alright.
See a sexy girl with her long black hair
See a preacher man sportin' Abercrombie wear
Uh-huh. Alright
Walk into a corner store
Man says, this is what I'm fighting for?

We are living in America
We're giving in America
We're tripping in America

Everywhere I go seems like Bush is on tv
"We shed blood in the name of liberty"
Uh-huh. Alright.
The circus tents are dead but the sideshows doing well
The Osbournes, Anna Nicole are too freaky to tell
Uh-huh. Alright.
Take the bad with the good
I wanna change it but I wouldn't leave it if I could

We are trying in America
We're spying in America
Getting high in America
We are laughing in America
We're crying in America
We're dying in America

We are trucking in America
We are ****ing in America
We are lucky in America
We are breaking ground in America
Just another town in America
We are breaking down in America

Take the bad with the good
I wanna change it but I wouldn't leave it if i could

We are living in America
We're giving in America
We're tripping in America
We are trying in America
We're spying in America
We're getting high in America
We are getting tanned in America
We love spam in America
So let's disband from America
From being served in America (?)
Have you heard in America
We're crying in America
We're laughing in America
We're living in America.

Next thing you know, she'll be fitting in with Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Pink and all those overrated skanky pop stars.
wow.

I have to say I agree with the recently suspended Rocky_Stallone

I just finished listening to 0304 and it's indistinguishable from any of today's [or yesterday's] "pop" music. Of course, this is the first impression. I had planned to listen to it again, but I have this urge to go buy a Schick razor all of a sudden...

Oh wait...irony. Got it.

I just created a custom radio station there, and won't worry about repeat songs (I picked many different artists)

What a coinencedent that the product of the same name as Jewel's single came out at the sametime the single came out.

Well...I just finished listening to this whole album as well and I must say it's terrible. It is one monotonous song after another. She has abondoned her acoustic guitar and natural sound for soul-less electronic drums and cheesy sound effects. This album sounds a LOT like Robyn's first album! The songs don't seem very personal and it leaves you cold after listening to it. It's too bad because I am a big fan of her other albums...oh well...another one bites the dust.

I must say I'm pretty disappointed in the direction she went. I used to see her in coffeeshops here in San Diego.

I also received the Blender yesterday. In the interview she talked about with the impending war she wanted to write an album like the big band albums of the 40s during WWII. "0304" is the present/future (2003 - 2004).

Sad to say but I think she's

Agreed completely. I really enjoyed a lot of her music, so this is most disappointing.

Just came from Virgin Record today and saw the maxi-single for the song. Hmmmm. I wonder what the remixes sound like. Already like the Markus Schulz remix that I heard and taped on a local dance radio station.
