Shame - System of a Down/Wu-tang Clan
Hip Hop - Dead Pres/Static X
Vitamin - Incubus
Poem - Taproot

I can't remember the rest. But those first two are nice and fairly uncommon tracks from an album called Loud Rocks.

"The Seeker" by The Who works well. In fact, any good "on the road" song should do when running. "It's Never Too Late" and "Renegade" by Steppenwolf are other favorites.

I haven't picked up an MP3 player yet, but when I do I'll probably put some KMFDM, Slayer, etc.... Keep it Industrial and Metal.

These are artists, not song titles.

I can't listen to American music in our gym because kids can walk in and I don't want them or their parents to see James Hetfield or Ozzy or someone cursing up a storm. So my Jpop is my best bet. Who could possibly be offended by Aya Matsuura?

Edited to replace with smaller picture to be kinder to modem folks.

I'm not a big metal fan AT ALL, but for some reason when I work out, I have to listen to Pantera. I have no explanation for it, but for me they motivate me as I'm going through my routine. I even started listening to them when I jog also. Oustside of that, I NEVER listen to the stuff.

When I'm jogging my mandatory music is Fishbone.
