Tom Cochrane's "Mad Mad World"
Of course, the most famous song on this album is "Life is a Highway", but I can't stand it. Aside from that, I think it's one of the best rock albums of the '90s.
"Sinking Like a Sunset" is simply a beautiful masterpiece. "No Regrets" is almost as great, and "Washed away", "Everything Comes Around", "The Secret is to Know When to Stop", "Bigger Man", and "All the King's Men" are all very good.
Opinions or recommendations?

Amazingly this was the first CD I ever bought. It was stolen last year and I had to replace it. Cochrane was pretty cool. I also really liked Ragged Ass Road. Pretty similar style to this one.

Maybe I should check out some of his other albums, like Ragged Ass Road. Are there any other thorough sources of music reviews besides www.allmusic.com ? The rest of his repertoire doesn't get very good reviews there. Not that that means a great deal, but one has to narrow one's focus somehow.
