They're a band that's been around for a long time. Critics love them b/c they're good looking and can play instruments too. Their lyrics are overtly sexual - and what male music journalist wouldn't like that? - As for talent, they've got tons if you like the current 'throwback garage rock'.

I just got the CD this week - it was free, so I decided, "why not?".
I actually haven't listened to the whole CD, but it seems loud and energetic, but pointless and repetitive. I'd have to listen to the whole CD once or twice to form an actual opinion on it, though.

Drummer in yellow, singer on floor, guitarist in pink, last one is the bassist. They put on a pretty good live show. I first saw them in '98 at a small club (one that didn't have a stage) with the Groovie Ghoulies. And have seen them several times since. They went from Ramones sounding to their own kind of unique sound on this last record. Definitely worth $10 I think. Pointless and repetitive maybe, but who cares, they aren't trying to be anything else. They sure are getting a lot of attention on the major label now. On SNL next week last I heard.

I've been meaning to get their latest cd. I have one or two of theirs and they're pretty good.
I saw them about a year ago w/the Groovie Ghoulies and they were fun. I've got some pix somewhere around here.

I've been listening to them for years. I haven't bought the new album, but I will soon. They rock!
I saw them with Bratmobile and they were very enegetic from beginning to end. Definitely worth buying all of their stuff.

Put me in the group that thinks that they are a good band. They know how to play and they also have a good sense of humor. I liked them on SNL as well. They were the only good part of the second half of the show. They have sex appeal, oh yes they do.
