Crowded House cover

I just heard a woman singing a remake of the crowded house song - Don't Dream It's Over. It sounds amazing! Anyone know who the artist is? Sounded a bit like Eva Cassidy.

It's Sixpence None the Richer from their new CD "Divine Disappointment". There are some excellent songs on this disc.
