Well known song, need help id'ing

I thought it was "I can't change". It's a well known song frfom the 70's. It's been in a lot of films but I remember it from Forest Gump. Lyrics are something like "If I leave here tomorrow will you still remember me?"

"(I've Had) The Time of My Life" by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes from Dirty Dancing? Or was this just a ploy to get me to admit seeing that movie?

Current song I think, has clanging bells and chorus goes "It's a lie, it's a lie"
