Well, ABBA and the Scorpions come to mind, but neither of them are particularly earth shattering.

There's a lot of good traditional heavy metal coming out of Europe. A great deal of it is in english, too.

Ugh. I bought the CD today for this song. I just can't get it out of my head. It all started when I was at my S. American friends house watching the spanish MTV. I'm blaming him at the moment for this....
