song help needed...Norah Jones?

Mellow, jazzy tune with a nice easay beat to it that I hear at work. I think it's a current release but I can't find it on her album. Could it be someone else?

Oh yeah! It's that song...with that beat...that has the piano...and the backup singers...

Seriously though, know any lyrics?

Well, if you're just hearing it a lot on the radio now, it's probably "Don't Know Why".

Of course if it IS Don't Know Why, check track #1 on her album, it should be there.

Isn't Dont Know Why. More of a bass line. I can't hear the lyrics(I work at a casino, damn slot machines). Anyplace where there might be top 20 jazz singles list?

Just get this album. I was driving in my car when I heard her single for the first time and I went straight to Best Buy to buy it.

The Best

The entire album is killer. Took me forever to find out who did the song... I found it, bought the album and love it.

is it possible that J-Dubya's song is by Vanessa Carlton? I know she has some other mellow single out. Not really sure if you could call it jazzy though.

I don't see how she could even be close. Norah Jones has an amazingly soothing voice. Vanessa Carlton's voice is sharp and abrasive. Although the piano in her songs is nice, I cannot STAND her voice. UGH.

Alright, it's Norah Jones after all. The version I hear in the casino sounds like a deeper bass rather the acoustic like that I checked on kazaa. I will be getting this CD for sure!
