Request: Rap Song ID
Ok this one could be really hard due to my ignorance. I was just in the gym 20 minutes ago and heard a rap song that I liked. It wasn't very loud and I could hardly make out any words. When the beat first started out, it sounded like something from a video game. Then they started rapping to the beat. The rapping was pretty fast and it sounded like 3 or 4 different vocalists throughout the song. Near the end, I think they started yelling something "BAM" or "SLAM." This was a St. Louis radio station called the Point. I imagine the song is reasonably new. I know this is very little to go on but if you could list any possibilities of what it the song could be, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Big Tymers - Still Fly?
Not really sure, just guessing based upon it being relatively new, and has lots of vocalists and stuff going on in the background.. Not sure of the video game music, but might want to check it out.

That Bone song isn't it either. It's much faster than that. The weird thing is: the song played on an alternative rock station. But this definitely wasn't some rap rock band. Sounded kinda hardcore like something from Three Six Mafia or something. It was very bouncy.

I did think that at first too, but thought better of it, to suggest that song.

Try going to that radio station's website and checking their playlist, that song might be on there... although you really wouldn't know what song you were looking for... Might be a good place to start though

Oh and by the way, I know Onyx has a new CD out called Backdafucup II. This song is not on there -- I checked the whole damn_thing. There's even a song called "Slam Harder." I've gone through tons of rap CDs that have been released in the last few months.
