Chevelle is the only band that I'd even be remotely interested in seeing in that lineup. But then, considering that your forum name is Kornhead, I'm guessing that we're into very different styles of music. You probably shouldn't take my advice at all...

I caught STP at the Rolling Rock Town Fair last year, and quite simply, they rocked! While I don't like the Rock's new stuff, Devil Without a Cause was pretty good.
Overall, you could do worse. I would only go to see the headliners and skip the others.

I saw STP a few years back during their Tiny Music tour and they were incredible. I think their new album though is utter crap, and would have reservations seeing them again because of it.
Earshot would be worth a listen but IMO not a reason to go. I'd go if there were others on the card I liked, and Earshot happened to be there so I could check 'em out.
Then again, after my last concert (Tool, 2 weeks ago), I've determined that I'm just getting too old for these loud rock concerts with a bunch of smelly annoying pot-smoking people all around me and having my ears ring for two days afterwards..
