It Appears That Neil Is Being Charged With Misdemeanor Battery
Metal-Sludge.com has reported the following news today:
LOS ANGELES -- Authorities in Los Angeles have issued an arrest warrant for Motley Crue singer Vince Neil.
A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney's office confirms a warrant was issued for Neil on a charge of misdemeanor battery.
He's accused of throwing punches at producer Michael Schuman on April 28.
According to Schuman's spokeswoman, Schuman was standing outside a club when he was knocked to the ground by a series of punches to the face. Schuman says he hit the ground so hard his elbow was fractured.
She says Schuman saw Neil standing over him and taunting him. Schuman does not know Neil professionally or personally.
Schuman's spokeswoman quotes witnesses as saying Neil got out of his car and assaulted Schuman without provocation.
Neil's management says they're unaware of the warrant and the incident and won't comment.

Don't forget, he drove the car that cost the life of the Saigon Kick drummer. So he is a murderer as well.
Poor Vince. He prolly thinks Warrant is looking for him as some kind of tour deal.
