love love love this album. if radiohead were still making radiohead albums, they would most likely sound a lot like this.

i would put "rush of blood" on roughly the same level as "the bends", which is saying quite a lot. it's a much much better album than parachutes, which was very good in it's own right.

i'll reserve listing songs in favorite order until they've had time to grow on me, but they are ALL good.

I'm a big Radiohead fan and Coldplay is the only group of the same style that comes close to Radiohead's greatness, IMO. A Rush of Blood to the Head is an awesome album and I would rank it just a notch below the Bends.

A RUSH OF BLOOD debuted in the top 5 on the North American charts with 140,000 copies sold.

Impressive considering a lot of people still don't know who the hell they are.
