Do you limit the mp3's others can upload from you?

I wasn't sure if this should be posted here in music or computer forum. I decided to post it here since I am not having any problems with mp3 uploads, but just curious >>> the more uploads (other kazaa users DL'ing from me) I have, the slower my pc will run? ...or does that not have anything to do with my connection?

I ask because I now have close to 2,000 mp3's sharing and I usually have 20 or so uploads going at one time. I am thinking about setting the maximum to 5 uploads if this will slow my connection down and DL speed.

What is yours set at?
If this should be in the pc forum, please excuse this and move it to the proper forum.

THanks
