Full-Length CD (.mp3) Attainability Question ...

Currently, if I want to obtain a full album off of KaZaA, AGS, or any of the other of the .mp3 services ... I have to go to a site like CDNOW, get a listing, and then download all of them. Is there an easier way? Or, is this how most of you do it?

Please, leave the morality and legalities of this debate elsewhere. Until the FBI outlaws .mp3 files, and arrests people for their possession ... I'll enjoy it for all it's worth.

Thanks ...

Well I always BUY my cds

But since you asked, I would go on CDNOW or AMAZON and find track listings and download the tracks. Its pretty much the easiest way

i think irc sucks for mp3s, dcc sends and fserves are annoying. use irc to get ftp sites, then you'll see 60gb+ ftp sites with all sorts of full albums way before the lame p2p programs have them. and it won't be at a pathetic 128kbps either or the same 50 radio played songs. god i hate p2p.

Given the number of times Geoff's guidelines have been enunciated here - and let's not be tempted to engage in quibbling over occasional minor relaxations or oversights - I am not quite sure what value there is to be found in this thread: we already had a thread to discuss "legal" *.mp3 matters. To the best of my knowledge and belief most/all the CDs @ CDNow are still in copyright....
