Anyone heard of Jupiter Coyote?? If not, you should have....
I just wanted to get the word out there on a band called Jupiter Coyote. If you're into the Widespread Panic/Allman Bros.-type jam rock, this band is definitely your ticket.
A grassroots band if there ever was one, JC rocks with a depth and maturity of music unmatched by most bands. The comparisons I offered above do not imply that JC is a copycat band, only that they play a similar type of Southern, jam style rock with layered melodies and thoughtful lyrics.
If you go for this type of music and haven't heard JC, definitely try to check them out. They're on tour (as usual) and put on a smokin' live show.
I hope anyone who ventures into JC's music enjoys it as much as I do.

Yea, they just released their new CD/DVD package. Fantastic package. An entire 2 1/2 hour concert from the Windjammer in SC, and a brand new CD. You definitely should check it out!
