Song Identification?

On a the U2 live CD I have, Bono starts singing a song as he segways into another song. I've heard it in another movie "Kings of the Road", but I can't remember what it's called.

It starts,

"Somebody show me the way home,
I'm tired and I want to go to bed,
I had a little drink about an hour ago,
and it's gone right to my head.."

Anybody know this one?

Thanks

It's really just a ditty, not a song.

Typically sung on high school field trips when it's late and all you want to do is get home..

I don't know where it originated, but it's a very old tune. You may remember them singing it in Jaws:

Show me the way to go home
I'm tired and I want to go to bed
I had a little drink about an hour ago
And it went right to my head
Wherever I may go, and wherever I may roam
You'll always hear me singing this song
Show me the way to go home
