Jay Bennett & Edward Burch - The Palace at 4 a.m.

Have any of you other Wilco fans heard this yet? I wasn't expecting too much, but I really like it a lot. Very good experimental pop somewhat in the vein of Summerteeth. Great record, and while I'll definitely miss his presence in Wilco when the next album is released, it's good to see he's been able to step out from behind Tweedy's shadow a bit.

I haven't heard it yet but they are playing here in Houston on Tuesday June 4th and I plan on going. I have been wanting to pick up the record. I have heard mostly good things about the CD, the only negative was something about the vocals lacking...
I know Jay Bennett is a terrific composer and multi-instrumentalist.
