It all depends on what type of techno you're looking for. But here are a couple that come to mind quickly.

since you didn't specify what kind of techno, I have to say that happy hardcore has the greatest builds, up to 1000 bpm. I can sound rediculous, but a song like 4 blond nons has a huge continous build.
