Quick Review Q-Tip-Kamal the Abstract
I just got a sampler of this cd (9 tracks). It is absolutely horrible. There is no rap, and really weak beats. I'm a huge huge huge Tribe fan, but I have no idea what q-tip was going for on this one.

I used to really dig the Tribe, and from what I've read of this disc, it looks to be even worse than "Amplified." By the way, Amazon says this disc isn't coming out til September 16...maybe the record company delayed it for a little creative reworking?

dang, that sucks. i'm a big tribe fan but i don't know what they're doing now. both q-tip and phife dawg are going down in flames. i was hoping that q would be putting out a better record than the last one which was only ok.
