hey i got the travis live dvd today and it's really good. And it's 16x9 even though it has no mention of it on the cover.

I hate the Parental Warner sticker on the cover, my Region 2 UK edition doesnt have, it really ruins the stark cover photo

has multiple camera angles,option to have the doc play seperate from concert or be cut into the concert between songs, same thing with the concert. and the thing wiht the parental warning is dumb..but it doe shas some cussing and the singer sitting on the toliet nakid(he's covering it)but thats about it.

Thats less than a regular audio cd that has about half as many songs.

How did I miss this getting released, where was it recorded

To my knowledge it got released on the 19th, last Tuesday. The concert footage was recorded last August, at the Glasgow on the Green music festival. You'd have no idea that around 7 other bands had performed before them and that there are three other stages of varying music happening all at the same time.

P.S. The new Travis 2 part single "Flowers in the Window" gets released next Monday in the UK.

How does Travis sound live? I've never had the chance to see them play.

Fran like Jarvis Cocker (Pulp) have a great on-stage repetoire, they could talk for 30 minutes and no one would mind, I also like the fact that live they find a really interesting non-Travis song to cover
