Not that I've ever done this, but 2 Dr. Demento themed songs come to mind:
"In Heaven, there is no Beer
That's why we drink it here
And when we're gone from here
Someone else will be drinking all the beer!"
and (dated quite a bit)
"Why don't we all just get stoned (get drunk)
Get drunk and sing beer-drinking songs
between Bresnev and Begin, Kohmeni and Reagan
we might as well all just get stoned"

Piano Man
the bar I work at plays this song every once in a while (no jukebox, thank god) and it is THE most popular singalong. Everybody screams the lines:
"And the piano, it sounds like a carnival!
And the microphone smells like a beer!
And they sit at the bar and put bread in my jar,
and say, 'Man, what are you doing here?'."

Another great song about drinking is G.Love and Special Sauce's "Cold Beverage."

Well, maybe it's because I come from the South, but I think the absolute best drinking songs are country. Not only is alcohol pretty much written into the lyrics, it's really the only way to enjoy it. Plus, the really good stuff is just slow enough and simple enough to sing along to when you're totally plowed. Classic sing-a-longs from when I was in college (not so long ago)
Jimmy Buffet - Margaritaville, Why Don't We Get Drunk (and screw).
Hank Williams, Jr.- Family Tradition
David Allen Coe - You Never Even Called Me By My Name (must have the extra verse about momma, trains, trucks, prison, and gettin' drunk)
Lynard Skynard - Sweet Home Alabama, Freebird
Robert Earl Keen - Merry Christmas From the Family
Travis Tritt - Here's a Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares)
Waylon Jennings - Luckenbach, Texas
Garth Brooks - Friends in Low Places
Van Morrison - Brown Eyed Girl (not country, but we sang along anyway)
Steve Miller Band - The Joker
There were many others that went great sitting around outside with a washtub full of ice and Shiner beer, but those were the ones youhad to sing along to.
