Walking in My Shoes - Depeche Mode

This song has helped me stay in a black pit of dispair several times. I've learned to stay away from this one when I'm down.

Cup of Coffee - Garbage
Letting the Cables Sleep - Bush

Yeah, good depressing songs.

Almost anything by the pumpkins.. esp. anything live/acoustic of billy corgan himself.

I got some boot of him at the ViperRoom in '98, you could literally hear people leaving because it was such a downer.

If you're mourning over the loss of a S/O, then I would recommend Zep's "Since I've Been Loving You" or Jeff Beck's "Since We've Ended As Lovers".

Nico
Radiohead
I agree with the Beach Boys "Till I Die" vote.
Neil Young's "Broken Arrow" and "Expecting To Fly"
"King of Pain" by the Police

The question is, do you skip a track that you know is going to bum you out since you know it's going to ruin your day?
