Mouse on Mars -- Ideology
The Hives -- Veni Vidi Vicious
Papa M -- Whatever Mortal
Cannibal Ox -- The Cold Vein

Haven't been listening to many CD's lately.. Usually I'm just playing the mp3's I have saved on my computer on Random.

However, I've downloaded some new stuff that I like and will probably end up buying...

Sure do - it's probably one of the better independent hip-hop discs to come out in the last few years, IMO. The title track is great. Heck, they all are. I was bummed when their new one was pushed back (it was supposed to come out in Sept. 2000). Still not sure when it's coming out. I'm psyched that they hooked up with Prince Paul for a track or two. I just wish they'd make it out to the midwest to do a show.

I also have Flynn's "Louder" and Pigeon John's solo disc. Haven't gotten Flynn's new one, but it's on the list of discs to buy. Oh, yeah, also bought the Eternal's cassette EP, which is okay. Yep, I really dig that crew.

If you can't find them, I'm pretty sure HipHopSite.com has the LA Symph and Pigeon John discs in stock.

Are you a fan?

I've been looking for their first album but its been very hard to find, as its apparently our of print. My friend has a copy of their new album. I bought it for her for Christmas, I found it on Ebay. It's really good. I got it saved (mp3's) on my computer at work. I'll pick it up when it comes out.

Cool. I like Pigeon John's voice. He's on a Pax 217 song and he's done stuff with John Reuben too (seeing John on Friday actually -- he's good live).

Hopefully they have it, as I can't find it anywhere else. And yeah, I'm a fan, they're pretty cool. I got to see them play with John Reuben and Pax 217 about... almost a year ago.
