who sings the song rollingstone lyrics are (going to get my picture of the cover of the rollingstone going to by five copies for my mother) that should ring a bell but im kind of a youngin and trying to get into the older music.

I'm not sure because I only recognize the title of this song, but Dr. Hook (icky) sang "Cover of the Rolling Stone" in the early 70's.
