Metal Rules!
and that site is pretty funny too. Most Death Metal/Black metal sounds a lot like that too. But don't get the wrong idea about heavy metal from that. A lot of metal bands do other things than just scream into the microphone many bands actually have decent lyrics to their songs. Check out bands like Slayer, Evolution, Metallica etc..
