Re: Superman (2025, D: Gunn)
Colors are off but that’s a damn good looking suit! Supererection notwithstanding.

Re: Superman (2025, D: Gunn)
No bigger than the metal codpiece Christopher Reeve was made to wear. After all, Alexander Salkind and Ilya Salkind insisted, “Either he has a big one, or he has nothing!”

But! I was thinking of how Gunn et al could do a better job of getting out in front of unauthorized BTS photos: release the movie first, then film it! |

Proportionally I’m getting blocky George Reeves vibes.

That's right, Superman having to reluctantly put on his boot is exactly the first image we should use to promote the face of the new DC. Not to mention that it gave no indication of the actual look of the film....something Routh and Cavil's stills at least did. (to their fault, hated the desaturation and color grading)
It seems like everyone has made up their minds whether they will love or hate the movie by now anyway .. |

Not sure who the character behind him is, but that dude must be massive to be towering over a 6'4" Corenswet.

Re: Superman (2025, D: Gunn)
that suit and his lack of superior stature gives off bad vibes.

Clark Kent
https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/dvdtalk...a7e30955c.jpeg Is it just me or are they modeling this iteration of Clark/Superman off how he looks in My Adventures With Superman? Even the the patterns on the blue fabric of the Superman suit remind me of the suit in the cartoon. Not 1:1 but pretty darn close. |

So it's glasses and a bad toupee now?

The toupee looks ridiculous but at least he doesn’t just look like Superman with glasses.
