Need movie title

Hello. I'm new here and hope I'm posting at the right place.

I'm looking for a movie titre with very little information about the movie.

I saw this, I'd say, at the end of the 80s.

Horror movie, I'd say. I remember a vicious supernatural tennis balls attack on a tennis court and (whilst) a breast naked woman is having sex on a lockeroom bench.

I had nightmares as a kid of the tennis balls supernatural attack and would like to see the movie to get it out of my head once and for all as I still have flashes of it sometimes.

Thanks for the help

This may sound crazy, but that sounds oddly enough like a movie that Mystery Science Theater 3000 did. Did you ever see it that way?

Was it maybe not a movie and was The Tennis Court episode from that Hammer series in the 80's?

Thanks for the reply. I doubt it, as this would've been specialized networks, which we didn't get back then.

Also, I remember it being a movie rental.

But thanks !

I'm pretty sure it was a movie. I don't know what the Hammer series was.

I don't remember seeing a lot of exposed breasts and raunchy sex scenes on TV series.

But thanks !

Possibly Nightmare on Elm Street 2, though there's no broad getting banged on a bench in this scene:

Thanks. Not it for sure. Big fan of the Nightmare franchise. #2 is the gayest movie ever made so, no indeed, no naked lady in it.

But thanks !

While we are helping our new friend here I was wondering if y’all could take a stab at this. It’s from another board I frequent:

I think it was made in the 2000>2010 time frame, and it was an ensemble comedy revolving around an apartment and a large amount of lost money with various people trying to claim/steal it for themselves. Every time someone would attempt to make off with it, they would meet with some kind of bizarre fatal accident. (One of the deaths happened on a rooftop)

There was a girl involved who I seem to remember had a "goth" look to her, but I may be mistaken about that. I also seem to remember a couple of bumbling crooks who lost the money, and owe it to someone higher up.

It’s not Shallow Grave.

Nah, I actually read an article on it as it is full of homosexual subtext. Or it might have been a documentary on the movie.

No gay dissing, just a fun fact.

Well if that's not a fun fact, I don't know what is!

To get back to the OP, I always assume childhood movie memories are tainted and conflated with more than one movie. I did a little googling because I thought it might be Student Bodies, Graduation Day, or Wacko, but none of those seemed to have such a scene. Good luck in looking! Sometimes the board members here are spot on, but again, if it turns out to be two movies mashed together in your memory, then it's an impossible answer.

Also: Zabriskie Point?

Back in the day of higher activity, it was a lot easier to nail down an answer.

Thanks for the post !

I'm sure those two things are part of the same movie though.

I was at my babysitter's and was feeling horrible at the time as the bloody violence made me sick to my stomach and I was not allowed to watch sex scenes at home.

Only once did it happen as my babysitter chastised her son and never again did this happen...

But thanks for the post !

I just noticed your reply of Zabriskie Point. Thanks. Sadly, no.

It’s not Shallow Grave.

Maybe Common Wealth (Original title: La comunidad), a Spanish language film from 2000.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0255067/?ref_=kw_li_tt

The trailer makes it look like a thriller, but reviews and such say it's a black comedy.

I found it by looking up the keywords "suitcase full of money" on IMDB:

It was a series of 70 minute long episodes, so basically movie length after commercials.

Youtube has some clips from the Tennis Court movie:

Yeah I saw that come up when I googled. Not it though.

More end 80s beginning 90s look and sex scene involved

Of course, maybe it was Sam Peckinpah's "Salad Days"

LOL nope. Just supernatural flying balls on a tennis court deadly attacking a dude.

Tennis balls flying at people's faces is a more common theme than I thought...

Re: Need movie title

I looked for horror movies with locker room scenes, nothing quite matches up with the description.
https://www.imdb.com/search/keyword/...ease_date,desc

Sorority Babes In The Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama has a locker-room sex scene, but the associated murder is in a bowling alley, not a tennis court.

Also, "killer tennis balls" don't bring up much. It makes me think of The Langoliers, although that was on an airport tarmac, not a tennis court.

^ I guess we had a higher tolerance in the 90s for the world’s worst CGI. Yeesh!
