Here’s what we know about the reboot, which will be set in the same universe as the original movies.
I'm thinking someone doesn't know what a reboot is.

Reboots can take place within the same continuity. These types of movies are being referred to as legacy sequels. When a property lies dormant for a long time, they tend to be referred to as reboots even if it is intended to be a sequel.

I guess it's official about Moranis joining the movie.

Wow.

Wish he had unretired in time for Ghostbusters though.

He might not have felt like coming out of retirement for a single day or two of work on a film where he isn't featured much.

Any chance in hell he might've filmed some GB stuff in secret?

This is a real bummer he came back for this and not Ghostbusters, but this was obviously his franchise for a while. Really though, I’m just glad he will be on screen again. I’d love to see a live action reunion with Dave Thomas.

I'm still not convinced that Rick isn't in the new GB movie. I think its possible that he may have filmed a secret cameo that is mean't to be a surprise. I wouldn't say the chances are great, but I don't think it can be ruled out yet.

The big Vanity Fair article said:

Ever since the new project was announced a year ago, fans have wondered if the stars of the earlier films would return, and tidbits of news have been leaking out sideways. Murray was definitely on the set at various times during that week last fall, as were Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson, reprising their respective roles as Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz, and Winston Zeddemore. Also visiting the location during those days were Annie Potts the long-suffering receptionist Janine Melnitz and Sigourney Weaver who played frequent malevolence magnet Dana Barrett. (Rick Moranis, who was accountant Louis Tully in the original, has largely withdrawn from performing over the past 20 years and did not return.)
Sure it is possible, but it seems unlikely.

(directed to everyone) Also, this is not a Ghostbusters thread, so let's not turn it into one.
