Snyder’s involvement in anything has really been tainted for me since his sabotage job of the DC universe but Dawn of the Dead is my favorite movie of Snyder’s so I might check out his return to zombie flicks. |

Chris D'Elia will be removed from the movie and replaced with Tig Notaro. The story says she will be inserted by Green Screen. |

^ Thats interesting. Has that ever been done before - Inserting a new actor via green screen?
I guess D’Elia’s sex stuff continues to catch up with him. |

Good for her. I love Tig Notaro. I'm actually far more excited for this than JL. Although I wonder how it will fair without a script from James Gunn.

I believe Christopher Plummer had to be inserted digitally in some scenes for All the Money in the World 3 years ago when Spacey got canned.

Good call. He filmed mostly re-shoots though, right? I’d be curious to see an entire role, interacting with others, done completely with green screen.
As for Notaro, here's how it's being done according to the story: The movie will now undergo a quick round of reshoots to incorporate Notaro’s role. Due to actors being already dispersed post-filming and due to pandemic restrictions, the incorporation will be a combination of techniques, from actually reshooting scenes opposite an acting partner to using green screen and CG technology to blend her in. |

Hopefully, he'll decide if zombies run or not. I still have a problem with them running through the sewer in Dawn of the Dead only to stop at the bottom of the stairs when confronted. Every other time, they blindly run forward. (Except for the garage zombie using the pipes to move since he had no legs and even that was a stretch.)

He overuses slo-mo in all his movies. They would be considerably shorter if cut it by half.

I was surprised he wasn't picked for the Baywatch movie.

Looks fun. I’m always down for a good zombie movie!
I don’t know anything about the plot but is this some kind of heist movie? Would money even be of any use in a post-zombie apocalypse world? |

^ You guys know I don’t read. My heavyset Filipina maid servant, Althea, usually just reads the DVDTalk forum posts to me while I lounge on the sun porch.

Somehow they'll need to work in "What Happens in Vegas" tagline/theme into the quarantine zone reference.
