"So you're saying there's a chance..."
And probably a dozen other lines from Dumb and Dumber.
"Bye, Felecia" from Friday has entered the common parlance, though most kids have no idea where it's from.

Whenever I witness someone slip/trip and fall, I say "He was on the ground before we heard the shot".

As funny as that scene is, it’s never made sense to me. The guy asks him are you going to make it all 220. Who would make a whole wing of their house 220? You might put in one 220 outlet for a dryer or something. Never a whole portion of a house.

"Say hello to my little friend" right before sex doesn't go over as well as you would think.

"Don't just stare at it, eat it." - American Psycho
When my kids don't want to eat their dinner.
"Funny how? Funny like a clown? Does it amuse you, does it make you laugh? Funny how?" - modified Goodfellas.
When my kids say something is funny.
"Doctor says I need a backiotomy." - Half Baked
Whenever my back really hurts, which is fairly often.

One time I was at a meeting, and we did that ritual of going around the room, introducing yourself, telling everyone something about yourself. The guy next to me said he'd just taken up shark fishing from a kayak (this is a thing, apparently). Given the setup of all setups, I did not hesitate to say, "You're gonna need a bigger boat"

One I use a lot when out drinking with friends. If someone asks about ordering another round of drinks or another pitcher of beer but I don't want any more, I say "No" and then like to quote Dirty Harry Callahan in Magnum Force, "A man's got to know his limitations."

I don't think I have used a movie line in a normal conversation since I was a teenager.
Don't quote me on that...

There's one from the Jackie Chan/Owen Wilson Shangai Knights that I use quite frequently when someone asks me to do something I clearly can't: "What in our history together makes you think I'm capable of something like that?"
It was especially apropos when I was practicing Kung-Fu and the instructor would demonstrate something wildly acrobatic and then expect me to do the same.

They fuck you at the drive-thru, okay? They fuck you at the drive-thru! They know you're gonna be miles away before you find out you got fucked! They know you're not gonna turn around and go back, they don't care. So who gets fucked?

Of course he comes across as a complete fool by wanting to re-wire the house to 220 but also saying "220 ... 221 ... whatever it takes." At the time 110 was standard or 220 for wash dryers and stoves were used.
It's like the other great line in the film when Terri Garr shoots him in a fantasy sequence with a .38 ... or a .39 ... whatever it took.

There are so many from Fletch that I really can't list them all, but if I had to pick one it would probably be "it's so simple maybe you need a refresher course...it's all ball bearings nowadays".
I've probably also dropped this in conversations at least once or twice through the years, but I've never used "I'll be thinking about that when I'm pissing on your grave" to perfection.

Also in 2017. I had two wisdom teeth pulled during the same visit. When the oral surgeon and about four nurses all walked into the room in mass my mind immediately leapt to "Is it sate?" They said yes so I assumed they meant the diamonds.

When I taste something really good: "I said God Damn... God Damn."
When someone reaches a conclusion I don't agree with: "I’m not sure I agree with you a hundred percent on your police work there, Lou."
When I'm depressed and contemplating life: "I am in a world of shit"
When something unfortunate happens to someone who made a bad decision: "Never get out of the boat. Absolutely goddamn right."
I'm sure there are lots more. I doubt it's possible to devote so much time to cinema and not frequently use lines in everyday conversation.

I've always wanted to use this brief line from "Alien 3" in the boot-up on my computer:
"It started..." (Charles S. Dutton)

I'm sure I use quite a bit, but one off the top of my head is when I'm listing things off I say "A, 2, and D" from Home Alone.
Also, as someone else mentioned, "so you're telling me there's a chance" from Dumb and Dumber.

For some reason, a movie quote that has stuck with me, and one I have always wanted to use, is when the mortally injured helicopter pilot in Miracle Mile (which remains a top-10 film of mine) solemnly reassures Anthony Edwards he will pick up him and Mare Winningham on the rooftop: "I'll be there!"
I finally used it yesterday when my shrink's receptionist called me to remind me of my appointment today. "I'll be there", I announced with immense gravity befitting the occasion. I shall use it again in the future!
