Errementari: The Blacksmith and the Devil (Netflix) W/D: Paul Urkijo Alijo
Netflix acquired the rights (Netflix Original) to this and it is streaming now. I watched it last night and I had a better time watching this than I did The Apostle. It has some of the best (traditional spfx) creature work that I have seen in a while. It's a twisted little tale based on Basque folklore. In fact, it's in actual Basque with English subtitles.

Watched this tonite on NF.
Dandy of a movie.
Initially, it seemed like a take on Frankenstein, but it veers off into something entirely different.
I get the feeling it's going to quite awhile before I'll be able to get some of the images out of my head...

I glanced at the title and for some reason the director's middle name made me think this was tied to Urotsukidoji.
Mildly disappointed, but this looks cool.
